Matthew E. Hoyle, Chairman and CEO, established Matthew Hoyle Financial Markets (MHFM) in 2003 –  which was previously known as Matthew Hoyle International (MHI). Prior to founding MHI, Matthew was an equity derivatives market-maker for 6 years. At age 18, he was the youngest trader to have traded on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange. The origins of the company are closely tied to his background; he thus executed his vision to build a multi-layered and truly global financial recruitment organization. His first-hand experience with an expert’s knowledge of the financial markets contributed to much of the company’s successes.  In his spare time, Matthew has a passion for collecting modern European and antique Asian art. 

Hermine Mauvernay
Managing Director

Hermine Mauvernay, joined MHFM two years ago as Managing Director; she has a strong expertise in Business Development in both the financial and industrial sectors. She started her career at Ernst & Young leading assignments in process reviews and enterprise wide risk management. She is a M.B.A and Master of Applied Economics graduate. Hermine was also on the Board of several companies including those in the private equity sector. Hermine's understanding of the organizational challenges faced by companies gives her a strong insight into the human capital needed for success.
